Everything else worth knowing

How messages are handled, what gets answered fastest, and what this inbox cannot help with.

01

Why this page exists

Most recipe sites treat contact as a formality. A form sits at the bottom of a page nobody links to, messages drop into an inbox nobody opens, and readers who hit a problem halfway through cooking are left guessing.

KitchenNodes runs the other way round. The site covers two categories, chicken and sauce, so the range of questions that arrive is narrow enough to answer properly rather than with a copy and paste reply.

Every message sent through the form goes to info@kitchennodes.com. Nothing is filtered into a support desk, nothing is passed to an assistant, and nothing gets closed unread.

02

Three ways in, one inbox

The form, the email address and the phone number all end up in the same place. Use whichever suits the question. Long explanations work better typed, textures and smells are easier described out loud.

If you would rather skip the form entirely, email info@kitchennodes.com directly or call +92 317 6939169. Neither route is slower than the other and neither gets a lower priority.

There is no ticket number, no chatbot and no queue position. One person reads all of it.

Still easier to just email?

Skip the form. Send anything straight to the inbox, or call if it is quicker to explain out loud.
